Our Story
Lilydam Property Solutions, LLC was founded in 2026 by a 22-year U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer transitioning from military service to full-time entrepreneurship. The name Lilydam reflects a simple philosophy: build something resilient, something that holds steady and grows — like a dam that shapes and directs the flow of water into something productive, and a lily that grows even in difficult conditions.
After a career built on discipline, adaptability, and mission focus, our founder set out to apply those same principles to real estate and business acquisitions — starting in the Twin Cities, with an eye toward long-term, sustainable growth.

Founder & Managing Member — A U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer with 22 years of distinguished service, bringing leadership, logistics, and operational discipline to real estate and business acquisitions. Completing the SBA's Boots to Business program and the Army's Career Skills Bridge program provided formal training in entrepreneurship and small business operations.
